A very cool technique. While channeling your wind chakra into the air around you, you then clap your hands causing the wind to compress and transform into a powerful gale that can easily knock over a human. The cool thing about this move is if you use it after throwing a few projectile ninja tools because it will increase its speed, power, and lethality.
Channel your wind chakra into a bladed weapon of yours increasing its lethality before throwing it at your target. You can manipulate the wind infused weapons making them rotate at high speeds so that it cuts into your targets like chakrams.

. I would be using konan.
(Fūton: Reppūshō) - Wind Release: Gale Palm.
Konan position herself upright, settling her left leg apart from her right leg in front of her to give her balance, now steadily she begin to channel chakra toward her torso, she gather a mass of chakra, remembering the teaching of professor sarutobi; "remember that feeling of being connected with nature for it is your wind chakra being
molded in you", she begin to manipulate her gathered chakra making it as thin and sharp as she can then she proceed to release the wind chakra through her hand by first stretching out her hand in front of her then channelling the wind chakra across the length of her hand. As the wind is released gradually, she open both her palm and clapped them together with force, this would cause the wind around her hand to compress and transform into a powerful gale capable of blowing away anything in its path.
Advantage
- it has no hand seal
- it take little chakra to perform
- fused with a fire ball or blast would make it travel further than short range of it.
- perfect for getting out of a tight situation
Disadvantage
- it is short range
- it leave the open for a counter since both hand are used to perform the jutsu.
With a smile on konan's face she attempt to perform the second jutsu.
(Fūton: Kaiten Shuriken) - Wind
Release: Rotating Shuriken.
Konan pull out a shuriken from her pouch, this shuriken was special to her it had the initials of nagato and yahiko written on it, it was given to her by yahiko on the day he became among the six path of pein (ya it was nagato controlling him but konan never minded, she cherished it still).

Konan channel her chakra toward her left hand holding the shuriken, then attempt to immerse the shuriken with her chakra, after doing that she manipulate the chakra surrounding the shuriken to take on wind properties that is being sharper and thinner than usual. Konan turn to face a tree short distance from her, swinging her left hand backward she throw the shuriken with force toward the tree, as the shuriken make impact with the tree konan manipulate the wind chakra to rotate at a high speed. The shuriken would slice the tree in half
advantage
- no hand seal needed
- large field of damage since the wind chakra would serve as extended parts of the shuriken
- it can be used for variety of ninja weapon
- it increase the lethallity of a bladed weapon when fused with it
disadvantage
- it can be stopped by a higher ranked wind jutsu or stronger weapon.

- does the wind fusion affect the speed of the shuriken?
- what is a chakram?
- if I was to use "ninjutsu: barrage of kunais" can I be able to fuse wind chakra with all of the kunais using either of the above technique ?
