I personally think it is just one of the upper Hado's and but wasnt given a number. I imagine it works like hado 91: kurohitsugi. Kinda just destroys your opponent.

What the guys above me said, and given that Ichibei literally stole 100 nights from the Soul Society I'd also imagine that it's one of those forbidden Kido. Ho.estly the incantation that Ichibei used really explains how it does what it does.
