I find it funny that it was crated as a protest against the emasculation of men in Britain (clean-shaven chests and what-not) .... and that describes the guy modeling the coat.

Whoever buys it is, likely, not going to wear it except for a very few occasions. It will likely be more of a wall decoration than anything else.
