I believe both Naruto and Sasuke can utilize Yin-Yang Release. And I believe Naruto has COAT or something close to it, I've my theory on it in my sig.

For Sasuke, someone made a thread about how his Rinnegan jutsu isn't a space-time ninjutsu but a jutsu that can manipulate different events in realities to the user's liking. It has some similarities with Izanagi. Izanagi is based on COAT.

So there might be no such thing as "Naruto can only use Yang Release" and "Sasuke can only use Yin Release".
