Kurama did not give naruto drive or did he cause him to be more than what he is, as such is greater than sasuke.

EVEN with kurama Naruto succeeded and kept up with him. Once you decided this was a powers thing... OP and I tried to put things in perspective if you take away things you take away from the other side of the equation... just like algebra. Drive means nothing without talent and power. Naruto cannot will himself stronger. If that were true, Lee would be the strongest character in the manga right now.

And? Sasuke still had talent, and was considered elite among the k11. And Lee had no talent, but he had drive and ambition and solo'd him. Same thing with Neji and Naruto. Naruto didn't use the nine tails in his fight against Neji. And on a regular basis Neji would've destroyed him, but after what he did to Hinata, Naruto had a drive he never had before and beat Neji. Same can be said for Kakashi and Gai. Kakashi is only up there now because of Obito. I won't lie though, I give credit when it's due and Kakashi was born with natural talent, he even belittled Gai when they were kids, and we all know for a fact that without sharingan Gai>Kakashi. Like I said before Drive, and potential can be greater than natural talent.
