TL;DR: The movie was always about love, and there's nothing else it would be about. Later on next year you'll get the epilogue you've been waiting for.

And they have the audacity to straight out say "it's trash."

If you're still in denial of Naruto X Hinata, grow up. It was hinted from early on in the manga that Naruto and Sakura weren't going to end up together, and with all the mixed signals towards the middle, it was clear that they weren't cut out to be together as a couple. It may have seemed blurry because you might have though "Who would Sakura end up with?", but it became clear towards the end of the story. Many of you expect a story to be written straight forward and inhumane(yes, unrealistic for a human), but thats not how Naruto goes. This story is written for those who have a pair of balls and understand that not everything in life is clear; its up to you to create the image you want to see.

Back on topic, the movie was ALWAYS going to be about Naruto and Hinata starting their relationship, meanwhile a conflict is to arise. What else did you expect? A Dragon Ball 2 hour long movie of ninjas fighting with rock music in the background? You're a fool.

Doubt it's public. Best chance at viewing in for the next few weeks is going straight to Japan and watching it at the movie theatre.

No one watched the movie because nobody has it yet. Unless your referring to people *****ing and calling it terrible before even seeing it, then yea i agree.
