It seems inconsistent to me. I mean in this chapter a normal Rasengan was able to match a Chidori combined with Enton, but previously a TBB enhanced with SM stalemated with a massive Chidori. TBB are greater than normal Rasengans, and Rasengan has always been shown equal to Chidori. It doesn't make much sense.
