Easily the funniest part in the anime is when Tobi is pretending to be a school-girl in love with his sensei. It is rolling on the floor ridiculous, especially know we know how OP Tobi is.

for me its the filler episode of kakashie's true face very old but funny and for the manga would be when Naruto meets the other jinjuricki - dont know how to spell that word tbh and he says that one of them have never kissed a girl and karuma exposes him and says that he hasn't either haha

basically kakashi tell naruto to clean his room and then asked him if he found anything interesting and naruto tells him he found a clone from years ago that he forgot to cancel and tbf it made me laugh pretty hard
