I don't know. There are some pretty hilarious parts in Full Metal Panic!. Episode 24 (the baseball episode) of Samurai Champloo is hilarious. Parts of episode 8 of Angel Beats! was funny as well.

Too many to even remember, Ranma 1/2 has many funny moments, Watamote, Space Dandy made me laugh, DBZ has funny moments, specially with Yamcha and Krillin.
