Well, I haven't watched a lot of "comedic" animes. But Sora No Otoshimono was actually a really funny anime in my opinion.

I think it a tie between Daily lives of high school students and Ginatama.
Soul Eater is also good as well as Baka to Test to Shoukanjuu.
