Guys FUNimation is a Television production company not an animation company. They only broadcast shows they don't create them.

Bones animation are one of the best if not THE best animation studio.

Full metal alchemist, Darker than black they also did the first naruto movies in my opinion they are better then studio perriot.

Studio Pierrot does the animation for both naruto and bleach..and bleach is animated way better.

Yeah, I would be surprised if anyone at FUNimation can even draw. Maybe if they had their own graphics department, but I've met plenty of graphic artists who can hardly draw.

Funimation does not animate lol, only dubs. I'm not sure what animation studio made FMA but mind you it only has 60 somewhat episodes meaning they probably had a significant higher budget while Naruto is a weekly long-running anime. It's been said multiple times, less budget means a drop in anime quality
