Are we just going to ignore that she pretty much just murdered that other girl. Chakra enhanced punches have been shown to do serious damage in the series and that young genin girl that probably has virtually no durability just took a direct hit to the face hard enough to send her flying into a wall with enough force to damage concrete. I know this is anime logic but people have died and been serious injured in the chunnin exams before and that hit was straight savage.
