Obito being unable to use kamui as a jj is a huge nerf that prevents him from winning. He has more firepower as a jj, but he's a better combatant with just Dms.

-Madara's PS rapes his, then Limbo and Madara rape him. Kamui is easily evaded, or he can replace himself with a Limbo clone.

-Naruto kills him. His PS would at best equal Sasuke's, and Naruto can match that with nothing but tail swipes and a single Avatar. Avatar clones wreck him, Flash BD ruins him, and Kamui Shuriken are intercepted with Rasen Shuriken. Kamui is easily evaded or blocked.

-Sasuke might've lost had he been restricted of the Bijuu, but with them, Indra's Arrow+Ameno to make sure he doesn't intercept with Kamui Shuriken equals GG his PS. Then Sasuke kills him with Susanoo and Ameno.

-Hagoromo shits. No explanation necessary.

the op should have restricted susano for obito so that people could think out "avatar vs avatar"box ,susano wont add mush for obito here.as a defence ,anyone here can destroy it .as an offense ,anyone here can defend against it .what is the point of using PS if obito can litteraly laugh at every single jutsu ,anyone of them(bar featless hagromo) has, by Jiubi Jin sensing/reactions+flight+intangibility
with both eyes ,sniping while being intangible is possible
thus,he can snipe thier avatars while phasing through every attack they throw at him ,PS would be just for finshing work.
I would say he can beat Naruto,Sasuke and probably Madara .
he can counter kaguya’s whole arsenal.no idea why everyone makes it as if kaguya would eat him alive.she would outlast him though.

How can you outlast a Juubi Jin? When their Chakra and stamina are kinda unlimited.
