When Kurama splitted in half his size decreased drastically and his chakra pool decreased as well as lesser body of living chakra = less chakra, less power.
Just like 1 tank of water split in half but each size of the half is not 50% but 1/5 to the original tank, thus the water inside of the "half" contain only 1/5 of the total water. This is just simple logic.

I will only agree if Kurama power is half to the original power only if his size as well. Since tailed beast is known as LIVING CHAKRA.

You mistakenly assumed that kurama's size is in direct correlation to the amount of chakra it has. While the two do have a connection they are not on the same scale in relation to each other.

You got it wrong, the difference between full Kurama and half Kurama is the amount chakra they possess. But his chakra strength was set when Hagoromo made him, Kurama's chakra can't be any stronger unless combined with NE.
