Did Naruto have full Kurama in last?

And did he just summon Kurama outside of his body. Like he had no need to transform and be one with kurama that's OP as AF having KM and BM to fight at the same time

Yeah it was full kurama, and since naruto is now just like the sage of the six paths all bijuu are synced with him and can use their chakra whenever he feels like it, not to mention having a little of each of their chakra inside him therefore it's no wonder that kurama can leave.
