He didn't use it, because he will end up crushing his own eye, and he needs it for his full power. But that doesn't really matter, Limbo would still work as Obito wont see it.

It would literally come down to whoever can land a hit, as they both possess "pure Nature energy" by being the Juubi Jinchuriki's themselves. Being so agile and non-targetable with the usage of Double Kamui, which also doubles the speed, means Obito has a far greater chance of landing a blow to damage Madara, which would put Obito in a better position to merely end the battle.​

Naruto can also sense chakra build up in Kurama mode, yet he was 1 shotted. So fail, Sharingan isn't seeing anything. Madara has SM, which is weakness for Juubi. Obito gets 1 shotted before he knows it.

If obito is using his Intangibility, he can't be touched. That's how it works.

It has never show to take time to warp any parts of obito's body when he is using Intangibility. Otherwise it wouldn't exist, because they wouldn't start warping until he was already being hit.

The only limit to Intangibility is that Obito can't use physical attacks. If he uses The black balls, he can still attack while intangible.
