I can't see either ever actually killing each other. All of Juubidara's attacks will be tanked,
and Juubidara can block all of the Juubis attacks. I guess Juubidara if I had to
pick a winner though. All of the Juubidamas set on the Juubi is bound

Both are Immortal but I would have to give it to Madara. When Obito Became the Juubi Host, Gyuuki said that The Juubi was more powerful when it's with as a Jinchuuriki than when it's not.

The only thing he said in that scan is something we knew long before he was physically introduced in the series, that he split Juubi into 9 different parts (Bijuu).

Yes, its a joke. Go read the VIZ translation in the VIZ thread. They made it clear that the Juubi was only sealed into Hagoromo, not both siblings, and again. The Juubi on its own can't cast Infinite Tsukuyomi. Not sure where that assumption came from, but it wasn't the manga.
