You're making a mistake. He didn't fight against Nagato, but against Pain. That's a huge difference there. Also, he was actually about to defeat the 8 tails, but Naruto transformed back again.

2. It's not man. What you're looking at is just the explosion from the TBB collide. If you look at the left panel and the 2 small balls, that's the size of the TBB.

I didn't say it has no limits, I said it being restricted to hands is not a limit. It can also absorb infinite chakra so it has no limits there.

Rs didn't almost penetrate anything it was still absorbed, Nagato's abilites are also faster and stronger than his paths.

If Nagato's in a position to be able to absorb Naruto's sage chakra, he wouldn't be using petra path he would switch to Nakara and take his soul.

I think thats a SM clone inside the BM cloak with Kakachi and guy. so using sage mode in conjunction with BM is possible

You are correct, nice job. However, to those of you others who think this ruins my argument, it doesn't. Naruto still can't mix his sage chakra with his Kyuubi chakra. There is no such thing as BSM, there is just BM with an SM clone. This means that if he sucks the chakra of BM Naruto, he won't turn to stone. The only use of the clone is as a sensor. In reality, it doesn't change my argument at all, since the clone can also be dealt with, and Nagato wouldn't be sucking it's chakra, just the Kyuubi's. However, +rep for proving me wrong.

thanks bro. but if nagato was to absorb the clone he would turn to stone because he would not be able to control sage chakra. it's not far fetched to assume that the SM clone could be used as an offensive asset. He not using it as such because BM destructive force is rivaled by no one except for edo madara. so there would be no point to use it in battle or making more than one clone since it was only being used for its sensory abilities.

I think BSM would be freaking awesome though

I doubt that he would absorb the clone. He could absorb Naruto's Bijuu Mode chakra, but seeing the position of the SM clone, he could easily deal with it. And depending on which Nagato we're talking about, he may or may not know that absorbing the chakra would turn him to stone. It's circumstantial. But either way, SM Naruto shouldn't be stupid enough to put himself in the position where Nagato would suck his SM chakra. This is because in a battle to kill, which is the fairest way to judge who is stronger, if Naruto were put in that position, Nagato would kill him, not suck his chakra. So overall, in reality, SM shouldn't really be much of a factor besides it's offensive capabilities, which wouldn't really do much against the likes of Shinra Tensei.
