No, Madara's genjutsu is not good like Itachi's or Shisui because he is more Sasuke-ish if you get what I mean.

In order to genjutsu a perfect jinchuuriki you will have to genjutsu the beast itself, like this;

yagura was a perfect host being able to reach in the mind levels of killer bee and gyuki =DD

i don't think yagura was a perfect jin at all,i think that he was a controlled and through him obito controlled his bijuu.
for the eyes of anyone who doesn't know the truth it looks like yagura was a perfect jin.

naruto seems to think that tsukuyomi is a one-shot
which is probably true and maybe obito took madara's right eye and used it to control yagura
he had some kind of tsukuyomi on it but that was when he was hooked up to the mazo

Being immune to genjutsu isn't because of being a perfect jin it's having a good relationship with the biju so it will break you out if you have that you most likely have control of it's powers. Yagura was probably like Naruto in with he could control the powers but didn't have a good relationship.

Yagura was NOT a "Perfect" Jinchurriki, like Naruto and Bee. He did not train at the waterfalls. He did not have the same relationship with his bijuu and mastery over it. Naruto and Bee CAN get out of genjutsu, via their "Perfect relationship" with the bijuu.

first it was tobi not madara

second it depends on how strong/durable the genjutsu is , ( Tobi's genjutsu appears to be on the same level as madara's in terms of how effective it is / Itachi's tsukuyomi where the victim won't have time to wake up from his illusion )

third we don't know if yagura actually was taming the bijuu inside him , so i think it will be revealed, later on yeah ?

I think the 3 tailed just didint care about yagura. Tailed beast dosent have to break the genjutsu
