Full Burst character mods

Does anybody here know how to do texture mods for FB PC? If so can anybody make me a leaf ninja Obito like if he never left, maybe use kakashi as a template idk, ive tried for days now but something on my pc wont let it work i can use mods i just cant create them :/ or if you know where i can get one that works also.

You want something that's more than a recolor but actual character modding, as in tampering with the foundation of the model instead of just it's textures?

No just the texture like maybe make the hair black and maybe scar the face up a little to make it look a little like obito, i try but for some reason i cant build it when i use texmod, i'm in the process of trying again.
