Tsunade takes this. Summons Katsuyu who breaks up in to many smaller Katsuyus, spitting acid at Fukasaku and Shima nonstop. If Fukasaku or Shima try to get in to hand to hand combat with Tsunade, she prevails. Fukasaku has shown strength, but he's not shown skill in that regard.

Their only chance is Fukasaku cutting her head off with Zessenzan, and with her skill in evasion, that's not likely. She could likely tank Shima's Zessenbaku if that landed.
