[Question] fujitora's intention

After watching the episode 667
fujitora mentioned that his intention is complete abolition of seven warlord system if the WG agrees to that it will disturb the balance between power that is being balanced by Admirals,younko & shichibukai.
1.If this happens then the WG will hunt down all the 7 shichibukai's??
2.Then the shichibukai will make alliances with other pirate group that makes that crew even strong.
3.Mihawk may form alliance or just go join shanks crew
4.Boa hancock joins or alliances with luffy crew
5.which crew do you think other shichibukai may want to join?
6.Is Mihawk's bounty ever mentioned in the series???
7.If this goes is it benefit WG????

1- Maybe...Mihawk will be the only problem but im sure 2 Admirals can double team and neg Mihawk...and the rest of Shichibukai gets negged by Akainu...unless they all hide in the New World

if mihawk joined shanks crew that would make it real easy for luffy and zoro's dream to happen at the same time. Luffy beating shanks and Zoro beating mihawk at the same damn time.

Hancock might join the SHs it would satisfy her need to baby luffy 100% of the time.
