Hey Guys, I found the character that Issho/Fujitora is based on.

Wikia stated that Oda based fujitora off of the blind swordsman from the movie I posted. I believed it to be accurate because the hold there swords the same way and have a very similar face.

IDK, i didnt see the whole movie but Im guessing that he felt guilty about killing a blind man.
