[Discussion] Fujitora: A Gravity-Based Paremecia Devil Fruit User?

As you can tell from this image, it's possible that the blind man (let's call him Fujitora) has a devil fruit ability based on the power of gravity.

But there's also another person who carries the ability to manipulate gravity as well.

So how is it possible for two devil fruit users to have the same abilities?


Well technically it is possible. Let me give examples to clarify what I mean.

Ace's devil fruit, the mera mera no mi, allows him to create, control, and become fire at will.

Marco's mythical zoan devil fruit allows to transform into a phoenix

You must be registered for see images

And grants him the ability to control the flames of the phoenix

So both Ace and Marco had the ability to control fire despite the fact that the categories of their devil fruit are different (Ace's being logia while Marco's was mythical zoan)

So if Blackbeard has a logia devil fruit that allows him to manipulate gravity, then maybe Fujitora has a devil fruited categorized differently from the yami yami no mi. Possibly a paremecia because these fruits give the users a power that can affect their body, manipulate the environment or produce substances.


Let's focus on the aspect of manipulating the environment. Let's take a look at these examples of devil fruits "manipulating the environment"


Blueno can create doors from anything he touches with his doa doa no mi.

Whitebeard is able to generate shockwaves through the land, air, and sea with his gura gura no mi.

So it's possible that Fujitora's devil fruit is a gravity-based paremecia type, but then again take a look at this panel of "Fujitora" taking out his blade

Now why would Fujitora need to take out his sword to perfrom his gravity based technique if he did have a paremecia devil fruit? So I'm thinking it's because maybe he uses his sword as a medium to control gravity, or that his sword "ate" a gravity based paremecia devil fruit much like how Spandam's sword, Funkfreed, ate a devil fruit granting it the ability to turn into an elephant.

We've seen objects that have "eaten" zoan devil fruits so it be refreshing if we saw an object "eat" a paremecia devil fruit.

Conclusion

I believe Fujitora's abilities may be from a gravity-based paremecia devil fruit and possibly his blade might have "eaten" it.

There's no such thing as a Gravity Logia. I'd say wind logia, but Ceasar is already the wind logia (Gas Gas Fruit, Oda never does the obious xD). It is most likely a Paramecia. I don't see nothing wrong with him being a non-Logia Admiral. Also, I don't think the blade ate a Paramecia, it is only been shown objects eating Zoan, that's because Zoan come with a consciousness, or the ability to have one (either that consciousness is able to overthrown the eater, that's a different subject, as we've seen both possibilities).
So, my guess would be, since he's a swordsman, it's more fitting that he draws his sword to focus his power, even if both are not all that directly related. Another thing, Blackbeard's fruit is not Gravity, it's Dark, Absorption. Gravity does pull stuff, but it is inherently different, as one is the actual force, the other is a substance which as the force as a consequence. I guess, if we were to draw an analogy, Gravity is smoke and Dark is Fire, one is the consequence of the other, but are different entities.

Nice theory but Marcos flames are only regenerative and can't be used as weapons (they don't burn). But they are still stronger than Aces and Red dogs fire power.

It's most likely a Gravity DF by the way they where forced to the ground. & weather it's a Logia or a Paramecia really doesn't matter because this DF is insanely powerful.

A key thing to note is that Blackbeard's fruit is based on darkness so his black hole (a concept of gravity) is associated with it on the grounds that it consumes everything leading to an effect of forcing people into the darkness or absorbing abilities.

Anyhow, I believe Fujitora himself is not a DF user, but instead his sword has the power. This would make for a FAR stronger Marine than one limited to his DF as an individual. With this he could swim and have no drawback to Sea Stone. The CP9 moves, Haki, Swordsmanship, and then the ability to use a DF without the risks makes for an OP individual.
