Fujin’s Breath

Fujin’s Breath is one of the least visited areas in the Great Wind Desert, which is saying something. The sandstorms in the area rage on eternally, making it impossible to settle there save for a small area in the center of Fujin’s Breath; literally in the eye of the storm. There a few settlers have braved the sandstorms and settled atop a gargantuan, naked tree of unknown origins that rests alone in the desert, surrounded on all sides only by sand and wind. The village at the tree’s top is so high in the air that it is actually lifted above the sandstorms raging below. The people there live in home formed out of wood from dead parts of the tree. The residents depend on the tree for everything; including water and food which they extract from the wood and grow respectively. Various shards from the moon bombarded the region, many of which hit the great tree, but it still stands strong, protecting it's human residents, and providing ample shelter from the storms.​

Contiuation of Narrative
Custom Mission: Replenish the Wind country to prevent starvation in the wake of death leaving the world.

A giant thick wall of sand stood in front of Hades way. With his Rinnegan, he knew there where people in the sandstorm, yet, his unfamiliarity with the wind country seemed to be working against him. The sandstorm seemed to be borderline unstoppable, and with knowing that, Hades only had one option. Activating his Asura path, Hades altered his feet, into jet powered cylinders, launching himself upwards, flying high into the sky. At the apex, Hades could see clearly, the large tree towering over the sandstorm, and from a distance, appeared to be a few houses dotted on the horizon. Using his new found flight, Hades made his way to the large tree, landing safely on an open area. Upon his arrival, the same thing that had occurred in the canyon seemed present here. While there where people, they where all skin and bones, close to death, yet unable to be granted as such. Wandering around the village, Hades finally came across someone who wasn't passed out, sitting up, clutching their stomachs. Kneeling down to eye level, Hades spoke

Description: The Asura Path utilizes chakra that shoots out of his boots to propel himself in a linear direction, greatly increasing his speed by double. Other Rinnegan bios can also use this technique by having the Asura Path activated and producing the technique from their feet. With enough mastery, the user can even be granted flight as long as he fuels the technique. In this case however, he needs to spend chakra to sustain flight, spending a move to keep active.
Note: Can only be used through Asura Path or with it active


( Shuradō ) - Asura Path

Description: The user will activate the Asura Path which grants him the ability to create mechanised armor, augmenting their body with extra limbs and various robotic weaponry. It allows, for example, the user to create up to 6 extra arms which can be used in a variety of ways, such as grabbing their opponent and using a hidden chakra cannon in on the arms to attack him or perform handseals as the user throws kunais or does a Taijutsu move. It can even be used to help perform certain techniques. He can also alter his own head to manifest additional faces with additional pairs of eyes, all linked together. The possibilities are multiple. He can use this activation to access all of the Asura path abilities.
Note: Can only be used by Rinnegan biographies with access to the Six Paths ability.
Note: When the user wants to change his body, he must activate this technique each time. This is necessary as well for 6 Paths of Pein bios.

Im sorry to disturb your rest, but please, i would like to know, why are your people suffering so? The sandstorm protects you, so what has occurred here?

The man glanced up, his eyes glassy, his throat raspy. It was clear he had had little to nothing in a long time. From a small canister, Hades gave the man a little water, helping wet his throat so he could speak.

Thankyou, thankyou. The great tree, was dying, but no longer. It was beginning to die, stopped bearing fruit, stopped producing water, and we where trapped up here due to the sandstorm. However, suddenly the tree stopped dying, but it would not come back. Like us, the tree is dying, yet unable to die.

Furrowing his brow, Hades left the water canister with the man, and walked away, towards the middle of the town. There, Hades sat down, placing both his hands on the tree, feeling its life force, and the man was right. Similar to the people, the tree itself was on the verge of death, and now it was stuck, unable to rot and die, but also unable to come back to life. However, by simply touching the tree, Hades was able to see what the problem was. It seemed, like the man, the tree had run out of water entirely. From his sensing of the tree, below it, a unimaginable sized area was empty. Likely the tree had survived on a large reservoir of water, yet, it seemed like it had dried up. Luckily, this was a much easier fix. It seems as though the tree was fully capable of providing, once it had a drink. Channeling chakra into the tree, Hades began to merge with the tree, allowing him to move freely within it. With this, Hades made his way all the way to the end of the root system, appearing in a pitch black cavern below the tree.

(Hiru Banshō: Bōka no Jutsu) - Leech All Creation: Attack Prevention Technique(x2)

Description: Using this jutsu, the user can merge with another passive object and take on its properties to avoid any damage. While merged, the user is virtually undetected unless the enemy has a doujutsu. Even chakra sensors won't be able to pinpoint the users position. The limitation of the technique is that to use a technique and mold chakra, the user must fully unmerge although doing so doesn't produce any sound and the user can only be sensed once fully unmerged. The user is still aware of the world outside the object and can travel inside it at his normal running speed. The technique was used so far by 3 ninjas (Yamato, Orochimaru and Uchiha Madara) but as an advanced ninjutsu, it can be used by any skilled enough ninja.

Note: Orochimaru and Yamato can use it 5 times per battle, Uchiha Madara can use it 3 times, other ninjas can use it twice.

Even with his Rinnegan active, Hades couldn't quite get the feel for the sheer size of the cavern. This would likely take him weeks to fill, and the chakra drain would be insane. However, Luckily, Hades had a way around this. Weaving the handseals, Hades summoned the coffin once more, as Zagreus stepped out, blinking rapidly. Hades explained the situation, and what they where about to do. While this happened, Zagreus natural affinity summoned rain clouds inside the cavern, causing a heavy down pour to begin. Then, together, the pair began, summoning massive amounts of water, for Hades, it burnt through his chakra rapidly, for Zagreus though, it was nothing. The pair kept this up for a solid week, until the cavern was almost filled.

(Kuchiyose Kinjutsu: Edo Tensei) – Forbidden Summoning Technique: Impure World Reincarnation

Description: A technique developed by Tobirama Senju used to revive the dead. To perform this technique the user must first acquire DNA of the person they intend to revive, be it hair, blood samples, or limbs. The soul of the revived target must also reside within Irkalla or the Pure World, not those who have been consumed by the Death God or previously sealed by means that would otherwise make it impossible to be resurrected, like their soul being destroyed. Next, a living sacrifice is required for the soul of the resurrected to use as a vessel. Once all prerequisites for the technique have been met, the acquired DNA of the person is smeared on a special scroll and activated. This forms a special seal with the living sacrifice n the center. Then dust and ash encase the sacrifice’s body, giving them the same appearance that the revived target had at the time of their death. The person is then revived and the end product is usually stored in a casket until summoned by the user performing the Tiger → Snake → Dog → Dragon → Clap hand seal combination. When the user summons the revived soul, a casket first appears before revealing the revived target. The Edo Tensei Summoning can be countered by sealing away the targets soul or by having the summoner cancel the technique. As they are unlikely to do this voluntarily, using a genjutsu to trick them into cancelling the technique is ideal. The sequence of hand seals for cancelling the technique is Rat → Ox → Monkey → Tiger → Dragon → Boar and saying Kai. If the summoner dies before the technique is deactivated, then this method is impossible. The summoned soul is able to resist control through a Breakout Chance, see Edo Tensei rules for specifics regarding this per turn event. In the event of Breakout a summoner can seal their Edo Tensei, unless Breakout occurs through the use of the Snake → Ram → Boar → Dog → Tiger seals. The summoned soul is then left as an immortal revived soul, autonomous and without any link to the summoner. Edo Tensei are typically summoned with a Talisman installed in their head, applying special sealing script to modify and adjust their Breakout Chance and abilities. By default, meaning without a Talisman, an Edo Tensei can only access techniques two ranks lower than the maximum its biography allows, its base speed is reduced by four levels, all its damage is reduced by 20 points, and Chakra present in techniques it uses is reduced by 10. These do not count as debuffs; they are modifiers present on the biography from the moment it is summoned.
Note: A biography can have up to a total of three souls for revival, abiding by all Edo Tensei rules.
Note: Users of this technique can have up to three souls prepared for revival, but only 1 present on the battlefield at any time. Orochimaru, Kabuto, and Tobirama biographies or Necromancer specialists can have up to two on the battlefield.
Note: Biographies are able to use the user’s customs. Captured biographies can only use customs for advanced fields, not basic customs.
Note: Captured biographies for vessels and DNA material must be done through official battle, approved by a Moderator.

(Suiton: Haran Banshō) - Water Release: Stormy Blockade(x40)

Description: The user will slam their hands against then ground allowing him/her to summon a massive amount of water from the sky, crushing it into the opponent. If needed, the user can cancel the technique in an instant.

Note: The water needs to be summoned at least 10 meters above the opponent to have any real effect.

As the pair finished up. Hades once more resealed Zagreus in the coffin, his job done with efficiency. However, Hades chakra network was burning, as he once more fused with the tree, and thankfully, through merging, Hades could feel the large behemoth tree slowly sapping up the water once more, life returning to it as nature does. Opting not to return to the people, Hades knew their suffering would end soon, as the tree began to provide once more. From the tree, Hades merged with the bedrock, and left the Landmark. That was 1 village saved, plenty to go.

Double doors swung open releasing the sand storm's fury into the chapel as a cloaked figured stepped in, falling to his knees unconscious. Behind him a man in a white robe entered, stepping over the body, pushing the two doors shut behind him, blocking out the storm. Turning back to the alter, then man threw back his hood to reveal himself, Sin, the host of the one tailed beast. Walking forwards he took a seat at the front of the church on one of the wooden benches, resting his arms on the back of it, relaxing as he looked to the man at the front on the stand.

"Well, a visitor I didn't expect in such trying times. Your reputation precedes you, Sinthorus of the sand. It's a pleasure to have you in the company of our chapel." The man spoke, an elder man, mid 60s maybe, a deep voice, a powerful one. It commanded respect though echoed with confidence. He stood in a long black robe on with the same symbol as many Sin had faced in the past. He stood at the alter now, smiling.

"So you must be the 'saint' that runs this establishment. Your friend back there wasn't too forthcoming with information, so we had a little discussion. He'll wake soon, don't worry. Though as for you, who might you be?" Sin spoke gesturing to the man on the floor, a casual tone to his voice. He felt this was the best way to approach these situation.

"Well, it seems as though my manors fail me right now, they refer to me as Saint Augustine, the father of this chapel. It seems you haven't been a fan of the attention we shined on you in recent months, why might that be?" The Saint spoke calmly.

"Attention, what an interesting way to pose the threat to my life. Stalking me, consistent assaults, underhanded tactics... and maybe one small detail, but costing the life of my brother who cared for me for the entirety of my life. Please, though, do correct me if I'm missing something?" Sin posed the question, trying to mask his anger and hate as he wished to draw out information from this exchange. Every moment becoming more difficult.

"Dear boy, attention is the exact word. We sought you to relieve you of your burden. That beast is a curse making your life a living hell. It's purely a cursed weapon who destroys the lives of those around it, we simply wanted to save you from that. Now you're here, let us help you?" The Saint held out a hand as he finished his words.

Sin raised to his feet though walked away from the Saint, going around to the side of the room, looking at it's decorations. Stained glass showed a woman like being in the ocean with creatures rising. Others showed something, he wasn't sure what, a galaxy maybe? He continue round, seeing books older than he could even begin to guess. What was with this place. "My burden, you say? I'm pretty sure I never said these words, especially not to any bearing your symbols dear saint. As far as I'm aware, Shukaku, that's right, the weapon you speak of has a name. Though due to my recent... acquaintances, it seems that those lives destroyed around me weren't his doing. It seems that your dear comrades were responsible for that, or am I wrong in thinking you belong to the Cult of Nyx?" Sin turned to look back at the saint as he finished speaking.

As long pause followed as they made eye contact, Sin looking for any sign of reaction from the saint. "It seems the beast has fooled you into believing its a being that cares about your existence boy. You're clearly confused by..." The saint tried to reason, though he was cut off before he could continue.

"I swear if you mention Leon, I'll end your life in a heartbeat. So before you try to lie to me, take a moment to consider that. Your friends along the way have convinced me of several things. Many people seem to be very convincing as their hands hung in the balance, the scales weighing the truth against their lives. Now, let me be very clear about something, I know my father belonged to the cult. I know my brother is dead because of you all and I know you will hunt me until there is none of left as you have plans for this beast. So before you go on, tell me instead why I should spare your life? Tell me all you know about the Cult and I'll consider it." Sin's emotions came out as he spoke for a moment though he didn't let them consume him.

"Boy, If you just started with that, I would of told you anyway. The beast is a curse as it paints a target on your back that you will never get rid of. The only way out is handing it over to us or dying. It makes no difference to us. The cult is dedicated to returning the world to it's foundations. Humanity owes itself to the great sea mother, though you seem to forget it. The beast within you, is simply a tool, a mass of chakra we will use to fuel the release of Mother's creations. You dying or living means very little to us. Speaking of, I think it's time we do something about that...."

As he spoke a talisman began to glow on his chest, forming what looked like a shield around the priest. From here the ground all through the chapel began to glow a dark red. Sin's sand shot up around him but he didn't want to test his defences. In a swift movement he burst through the window, shattering it completely as he turned to a sand storm shooting off into the storm outside. From the chapel a pillar of light shot up to the sky, illuminating the entire area as Sin reformed looked on. He shielded his eyes due to the brightness. After a few moments the light was gone as Sin looked on, so was the chapel. There was no sign of destruction. What kind of technique was that? He wasn't sure but he knew he couldn't stay here. He turned and made his way through the storm.
