Serious question, since the chakra for byakugo is stored separately from their normally used chakra would it be theoretically possible to seal that chakra specifically rendering byakugo unusable? Not trying to start a vs thread or even bash in any way for that matter. Just a thought i had

Technically yes, It would work similar to how Orochimaru placed a seal on top of Minato's seal to cut off naruto's access to kurama's chakra back in part 1.

It is possible but would be difficult for most ninja to do. The central location for the sealed chakra of the Yin Seal is on the forehead so the enemy would have a very small target to hit.
