Background Info.
History: Bradley was born of Konoha's Uchiha clan. growing up he was teased by other members of his clan because he is not able to awaken his Sharingan. At the age of 16 Bradley was tired of being picked on an decided to leave the village. An unknown Uchiha was ordered to hunt down and kill Bradley for his treachery, After an intense battle Bradley lost an eye, but his former member lost his life... Bradley decided to take the Sharingan from the corpse and implant it in himself... gaining the ability that is rightfully his... he now wears an eye patch over his Sharingan because he can't deactivate it.

He has two wristbands with seals, when he touches the seal a Sword poofs from it. each seal holds 1 sword (similar to Sasuke when he fight's Itachi)
