Though we only seen Fugaku awaken the 3 tome, You saw how AWESOME Tobi is with 3 tome what if Fugaku was similar to tht. Im sure alot of people are going to vote 4 minato but give Fugaku a chance we dont know much about him.

Soooo what? Minato was the leader of the leaf village, which the uchihas are part of, so hes automatically better based on that. Add in the fact that fugaku HASNT DONE ANYTHING and minato wins without FTG, rasengan, and frog summons.
