Sorry if this has been done to death but how strong do you think old man fugaku was? He was one of the 3 picks for the fourth hokage so he would have to be around Oro and Minato in strength right? I like to think he's above part one kakashi. I know he has no feats but don't give me shite just because I'm curious. Where do you guys think he fits in the power scaling?

I think about Hebi Sasuke level if he didn't have MS, or MS Sasuke level if he did.

He was a hero at the war but people only paid attention to Minato.

As always, people didn't give a **** about the Uchiha.

Above average If I'm guessing, but he has zero feats to compare. One thing about him is that mean mug he always carries around, dude always look salty for no reason. :Sparks:

He was not near Minato's level- as his accomplishments were less than his during the war. He was also weaker than young adult Shisui and by the time Itachi turned 11, he had surpassed is father. The novels mention that.

However, he was above Anbu Kakashi's level. Which is why some Uchiha decided to remark on Kakashi's "borrowed" sharingan in the episode today.

Either way, Fugaku was the strongest Uchiha during the war (as Shisui/Itachi were kids then). That was not anything to scoff at for that time.

Hard to say really but since he was the leader of the Uchiha and a war hero as everyone stated, my guess is probably as strong or stronger than Kanoha's White Fang?

Not really.

He did an above average job and that was all. He did the most out of the Uchiha members (which is why Uchiha considered him to be their hero), but hero is not the right word in general as he didn't particularly turn the tide or anything. Many people, both Uchiha and non-Uchiha put in the work for the war. Minato got recognition because he was the deciding factor of the ideal. His praise was fair. Kakashi got recognition due to his affiliation with Minato mainly. This was where it became unfair.

Was it fair that not everyone got recognition? No. But was it due to them being Uchiha? Evidently not, as other clan members got nothing too. But, the Uchiha later elevate it into something it is not due to jealousy and valuing silly things like empty pride. As well as worrying about non-existent threats which leads to their demise via their own self-fulfilling prophecy.

If being an Uchiha meant it was impossible to get recognition, then Itachi, like Minato, wouldn't be well-known within Konoha and among his peers for his abilities when he'd get into his pre-teens(it'll be shown in the later episodes). Itachi later become so elite that not only did peers outside of his clan start to envy him to the point of dislike, but his own clan members did as well.

The Uchiha Clan were considered powerful enough to trigger a World War and Fugaku was the strongest out of the small portion of the Uchiha Clan that did possess the Sharingan. He should certainly be very powerful and above most Elite Jonin given that and the hype that goes with the Sharingan such as the need to have multiple fighters when going up against the Sharingan.
