Fugaku Uchiha (うちはフガク, Uchiha Fugaku) was the captain and head of the Konoha Police Force, and father of Sasuke Uchiha and Itachi Uchiha, and head of the Uchiha clan.
Personality and Abilities
He was highly skilled and was very talented as well. He was also the head of the Uchiha clan at the time, and most of the members were respecting him like a father. While he often seems stern and focused on the interests of the clan, Mikoto suggested that this is the role he played as head of the clan, and that as a father, he cared deeply about his son Sasuke.

When Nine-Tailed Demon Fox incident occurred, the village alleged the Uchiha clan as sole orchestrator behind the attack. This accusation caused a rift between the village and Uchiha clan. Fugaku, out of spite, considered and conspired an Uchiha Coup D'etat, to overthrow Konohagakure. Fugaku then orders Itachi to act as spy for the village as a ploy, though Itachi acts as double agent, leaking information to the village
