Darui would have to be on the constant move, otherwise he's getting hit by Mind Transfer, which is a high probability given the location and lack of intel. Darui absolutely will need to rely on Cee's sensory abilities, or he's going to be simply beat by a skilled sensor and another who just needs to draw contact in order to win. It's not a match without Cee.
Darui can't possibly solo when Obito alone lost an arm lol. Let's also not forget that Torune can sacrifice himself just so Fu can use the mind transfer. Torune has the ability to one shot as well.
Darui solos, and with Cee teaming with him makes it easier. You can't compare two Anbu's with someone who made it military division commander and later to be Raikage. It speaks volume of Darui's capabilities and potential to be recognized as such.
The location works for their favor: Cee would start with his Genjutsu immediately and in combo with Darui follows it up with Ranton: Reizā Sākasu,which can be guided at will can take them out by surprise. Kinkaku and Ginkaku who took out Tobirama couldn't react to it, so two fodders aren't either. Once they are hit and immobilized by electric currents, Darui beheads them with his Shunshin which is on par with V1 Ay.
Fu's Ninjutsu arts are meaningless in this location, since the trees would act as block for any Mind Transfer attempt, and Torune is a CQC fighter who would get raped in CQC against Darui.
The match is won by Team 2's faster combo. Low diff.

Blitz? Black panther was dodged by zetsus, and Kakuzu who's not specially fast. And laser circus is not a KO technique, and if Darui stays still to make the seals, Fuu uses mind switch.
Or i'd like to see Darui actually pulling out any jutsu when Torune approaches him with just the intention of touching him and kill him for good.
