Looks: Fu is a short teenager with unkempt blond hair with a salmon pink underside and green eyes under a black mask. His neck is covered by a two-toned purple scarf that can be opened by a silver zipper, over a cream-colored sweater kept with brown belts and elbow-length purple sleeves, with the shoulder and sleeve areas made of the same quilt-like pattern. His forearms are covered by skin-tight indigo sleeves for full coverage. Around his waist is a sash holding one of the purple lanterns , alongside pants that are also cream-colored with the shoes to match.
Personality: Fu is a timid, cowardly individual and is evidently inexperienced in combat not knowing how to start fights. Fu's dependence on being given orders stemmed from his fear of taking responsibility for his actions, where he rationalized that if he did something based on the orders of someone, it meant the blame would fall on them, not on him, who is used as a tool and therefore not liable for the consequences the actions he did.

The past of Fu is unknown but he joined the ranks of Chunin at a young age but realized the role of a Jounin isn't something he wants to be responsible for. He joined a rogue team of shinobis. His first ever mission for his last with them. He was snooping around trying to find their enemies. He finally found one which was their "leader". He couldn't do it. His opponent wouldn't attack him at all. Fu thought of a strat and told the man what they were in. His plan didnt work. The man ran off and from there they lost and he was left. Fu joined the same people he tried to attack. This is where he is at from here.

Mind’s Keen Eye
Genjutsu of any type, other than MS-level or those cast by Kunino, appear 'flawed.' This means that regardless of the caster's expertise or perfection, there will be some kind of tell within the illusion that is very obvious; such as a visual illusion appearing like static on a television, a smell being off, or a sound not making sense.
Strong Fist
The user’s pure Taijutsu attacks have strength to Elemental Ninjutsu. This does not include Nintaijutsu or enhanced Taijutsu via Gates, 7HB, CES or other States. Should the user's Taijutsu destroy a technique completely, the user will not suffer any effects such as burns or cuts from energy based Ninjutsu.

Sixth Sense:
The user's senses are enhanced significantly, allowing him to use the Sensory AN with no chakra cost. In addition to this, additional sensory abilities are enhanced by an additional landmark. This does not stack with ability bonuses, but does stack with Attribute increases.

You can utilize an element or skill you specialize in a more chakra efficient way, spending 10 less chakra than normal without reducing a technique’s potency. Does not require another Specialty to utilize.

You are able to slow opponents within a specific range, exerting a force that slows targets naturally. This causes a 2 Base Speed level decrease to opponents that are within 8 meters of him.

- Like Jūgo, other members of his clan possess the ability known as Sage Transformation which allows them to use the natural energy they absorbs to transform their body or parts of their body at will.
- They can change what form they take almost instantly and can isolate the transformation to specific parts of their body. Due to this, the clan members, gain a +1 BODY AP unless they are using Dual Abilities, in which case the ability with the highest AP boosts will apply. Sage Transformation techniques will utilize the BODY attribute for damage.
- If they fully transform, Jūgo or his clansmen gains a massive power boost but loses their mind to their murderous side, signified by a change in his voice.
- Because they are constantly passively gathering natural energy, they are very strong against Genjutsu, being immune to illusions B-Rank and below.
