Third demon is probably from the same universe as NEO. A popular theory is that the Toriko universe are based off RGB color model since we already have a red & blue universe confirmed already. I'll assume they're both from green universe.

Midora may be able to give NEO a good fight if he gets his hands on GOD, he already has food luck to aid him. Acacia is most definitely going to enrage Midora by telling him those tears when Frozhe died were fake.
