it seems so many people think the ftg is an attack technique,thats wrong ,in reality ftg is instantaneous teleportation to a specified area or mark,this being said it should be clear that there is currently no body who is faster than ftg but an ftg user can still be beaten, when an ftg user uses ftg they cant be caught or stopped but the moment they land(i.e they reach their destination) someone with a fast reaction time and decent speed can be quick enough to react to react seeing as the ftg user has landed and is no longer using ftg
PS: ftg as an attack is done by teleporting to a specified area and then attacking(as seen with minatos rasengan or tobis kunai) hope its clear that no one is faster than ftg itself but can be faster than the user in reacting. whatcha think?
