But in fairness, Tobirama was having no trouble reacting to, and dodging Madara's attacks up until presumably, Madara used Rinbo to put a stopper on The Rama.

Sasuke has the upper hand in that he doesn't need seals though.

y do u think sasuke asked naruto to throw his attack towards sasuke?they were able to land attack on madara bec sasuke teleported madara in between sasuke and naruto

Sasuke's base speed has not increased U_U he was always fast.

He gained more tomoe in his eye so his pre-cog and ability to see things early means he's able to move better and ahead of time and react to things a lot easier than before.

Why would a new eye increase his speed?

Sasuke was able to damage madara because his teleportation does not require any marking so he can teleport to madara directly so long as madara is in range. Besides sasuke's teleportation also has a weakness. Sasuke must focus on a specific point before he teleports this takes some time. Time that could be used to attack him.

You kind of contradicted your words, I think, FTG's weakness is the seal, as you already pointed out for a more effective result the target must be marked, assuming Sasuke is also using S/T then he has a distinct advantage over FTG users as Madara as so generously pointed out

Actually Sasuke didn't have to focus when him and Naruto hit Madara or when Sasuke evaded the lightning blast. So the focus thing is invalid
