Both the scan that i provided shows that FTG is slow as far as madara is concerned .

First scan shows that sasuke was able to avoid madara's attack and u can see madara was surprised with sasuke's speed

The scans i provided so far proves that sasuke's S/T is faster than FTG.

Range

FTG got more range than S/T.

In short,FTG works against elite ninjas(kages) but doesnt work on God like figures like godara
S/T is effective on all ninjas including godara

1V1,Sasuke's S/T soloes FTG with no difficulty

Both techniques are instant, none is faster. Sasuke is just way faster than Tobirama or Minato.

They are the same. But one can give you the ability to teleport to any location(FTG) sasuke's is only on Range.

Basically teleportation is teleportation meaning the same.

Listen both FTG and sasuke's teleportation have the same speed. Both are instant. Which is more effective is dependant on the workings of both jutsu.

In the FTG scans you showed neither minato nor tobirama had marked madara they both teleported to a location close to him and then used their natural speed to attack him. They were unsuccessful simply because madara had superior natural speed not because FTG was by any means slow.

Sasuke was able to damage madara because his teleportation does not require any marking so he can teleport to madara directly so long as madara is in range. Besides sasuke's teleportation also has a weakness. Sasuke must focus on a specific point before he teleports this takes some time. Time that could be used to attack him.
