ftg vs genjustu

good morning narutobase i was wondering if minato was put in a genjutsu and used ftg to teleport home or to a marked area will he be out of the genjutsu?

Think about it if a genjustu disrupts the uses chakra and minato uses ftg he would no longer be there for for his chakra to be disrupted.
