FTG VS. Amenotejikara Analysis

Amenotejikara wins in every way except for range. But range probably isn't a problem for Sasuke now that he has mastered his Rinnegan.

Mastered it yet he couldn't do any of its abilities when he was struggling vs kinshiki all he did was ameno and we all know he can still use ameno when he is weakened.

Why didn't he use his rinnegan here?

None is faster than the other... Both are instantaneous.

Sasuke had better reflexes and striking speed, granted Rikudo's powers... Yet in both FTG cases, Madara was standing guard and nullified both assaults while in Sasuke's case, Madara was fleeing and seemingly never intended to guard or avoid the assault having a more important task ahead...

FTG and Ameno, both are the fastest transportation medium but each has it's own merits/ demerits...
FTG:
- All ranges
- No charge time
- Can transport people
- Can only transport at marked places

Ameno:
- Short-mid range
- Charge time
- Can transport objects and people
- Can swap/ transport anywhere within the range

Obviously because of the plot. Plot always nerfs Sasuke. He used amenotejikara from a very long distance here, though.

It's simple actually. Ameno isn't just a way of teleporting or swapping yourself with an object. It also makes it possible for you to teleport your oponent in an position of your liking. This means that you can actually attack with your sword and teleport your enemy infront of you without him being able to react to you, because you were attacking before teleporting him. That would be already it. Ameno is just really broken if you look at it like that.

Yes he used ameno but it is already known he is able to use it even if he is weakened.

as others have said both are instant but striking speed is what matters and rinnegan sasuke is leagues ahead of minato in that area. but ameno for me is the better technique in battle, and more deadly

except Minato has at least 51 confirmed kills with FTG while Sasuke hasn't killed anybody with AT, no matter how flashy he's been with it.

Ameno looks more effective in battle, because sasuke said came free with rikudo chakra, which allows you to accomplish anything.

Killing fodders is not that impressive, I mean, even Hebi Sasuke defeated way more fodders than that during his training with Orochimaru.

I would say... FTG is better for travel (if you have marks placed), Ameno is better for fight.

:lol this guy. minato kiiled off fodders(something sasuke can easily accomplish with his base speed alone), sasuke fights jj tier shinobis since he gained ameno. gee i wonder why he hasnt killed them. lol what a silly comparison.
