A Susanoo can be reactivated but for that to happen the first one should be deactivated but it takes a lot of chakra to form another Susanoo hence a long interval of time as well U_U

Some say it would take a while for a susanoo to be created again after being deactivated but Sasuke did it pretty quick when he jumped off of Aoda's head and shot an Amaterasu Arrow at Obito. So honestly warping a susanoo away against someone who can summon amaterasu around him in an instant afterwards anyway is pretty futile, plus the susanoo will come back pretty quick if he wants.
