Shunshin is the Body Flicker Technique. when he said "Non-FTG" He was saying that Shunshin isnt FTG and that Minato is still REALLY fast with just that

I don't understand why ppl are comparing Minato base speed with Raikage ? Show me scan where the Raikage doesn't use raiton armor to improve his speed and reflexes ? Is that what u call "base" Raikage ? Minato still has the best shunshin.

SUP FELLOW BASE BROTHERS AND SISTERS xd ITS ME UCHIHA INZA..now some of you probably know me because hey what can i say were pretty popular narutobase..lolz..

now to my question...how fast would minato be without his tool??i mean obviously he would still be fast because that just comes with being a ninja??shikimaru fast or pain fast just two quick people i threw out there...im going more on the shikimaru fast though..just my opinon guys before you start calling me names xd..he def wouldnt be raikage fast..but then again A is known for being fast..i really dont like him though but hes a great shinobi..

and another quick question i really like ochi alot but im starting to back out he never won a fight in his life??or if he did guys send me link so i could finally see him not get his ass whooped..lolz
