because as with all jutsus it must be cast and if someone is rapidly moving, chaging directions and keeping close to him... he would never be able to cast his tech on that person to teleport them anywhere... maybe cast it on himself

FTG is far more limited by where you tag things. In Minato's case, it was only as far as he could throw the kunai, so like 5 meters

OT. he can swap a person with an object, swap that person to his(sasukes) own attack like he did to madara and kaguya. if you are within his range and you throw an object towards him, rather than deflect or block it he can easily swap you with him and you will end up hitting your own attack. that is incredibly op, he can do all of it without seals or anything. to downplay that is foolishness so op you are quite a foolish person. sasukes jutsu is better than ftg offensively
