Um, you do realise that Minato has no control over Itachi once he is under a genjutsu right? Itachi himself said that only those with Uchiha DNA can counter Tsukyomi by themselves (I'm not counting Jinchurikis because you can technically say there are two people, the jinchuriki and the tailed beast):

It's Itachi's genjutsu, so Itachi can create whatever illusion he wants inside it. Minato has no way he can break it and I seriously doubt he can do whatever he wants in there.
As a result, the rest of your post is invalid because you're assuming that Minato can do what he wants in Tsukyomi, which I highly doubt he can. Look at what he did to Kakashi:

Also, you just made up Minato's stamina as it's not in the databook. It's true that Itachi has low stamina, but if a sick Itachi can do Tsukiyomi, Amaterasu and Susanoo in a single fight, I'm sure he can do a simple Tsukyomi.

if minato got caught in Tsukunomi Itachi would have his way with him,
the only way minato can do anything in Itachi's Tsukunomi is if Minato casts a genjutsu inside of it
like Sasuke did.

Thus far, I believe what Itachi says because the only person who has managed to counter Tsuykyomi completely by themselves is Sasuke. Minato is not an Uchiha so I don't think he will be able to do anything.

Minato gets caught in Tsukiyomi becuase he faces Itachi for the first time in his life while not knowing not to look into Itachi's eyes. Now Minato trapped in Tsukiyomi, Itachi comes to cut him with a kunai, Minato Sensei FTG's to another location in the genjutsu. Itachi comes there to, Minato FTG's again to another location. itachi is fuc8ing angry. He turns the genjutsu such that the ground in the feet of Minato rises up and Minato's feet are trapped in the ground. Now Itachi takes a sigh of relief and when he is about to give pain to Minato in the genjutsu, Sensei Minato FTG's again to another location and Itachi is Mind-Fuc*ed. In short any scenario created by Itachi to give pain to Minato or injure him in the Genjutsu, Minato just FTG's himself to different places inside the Genjutsu. As girly Itachi is always low on stamina (i've provided the proof of his low stamina at the end) and cannot use MS/Tsukiyomi for a long period of time, he is forced to give up his genjutsu and cancel it bringing Minato back from the Genjutsu. Now Minato is back and he .... i don't think i need to explain the rape scene that happens next

I agree with you saying Itachi will have his way with Minato if he is cast under Tsukyomi, but I don't agree that Minato can cast a genjutsu while cast in Tsukyomi for two reasons:then u kinda agree with me then
whether or not it was a sharingan jutsu or not
1. Minato is not an Uchiha.
2. Minato has actually never displayed any form of Genjutsu thus far.

The only people I've seen who have sucessfully countered it are Jinchirikis or Uchihas.
Itachi can create any kind of world in Tsukyomi, he can make it such that Minato or anyone else can't do anything:

It's true Itachi told lies, but I doubt he lied about every single thing. So far, what Itachi said about Tsukyomi is true, I've only seen Sasuke counter it completely by himself.thats right , Itachi told lies before , why wouldnt he tell more lies

^^ all spectualtion right here as well as delibratley forgetting that kakshis sharingan gives him a small resistance to tsukuyomi.
unlike minato who will give itachi eye contact and will fall to tsukuyomi by feats.
and if we are still going by feats minato doesn't even have the feats to beat itachis finger sharingan yet.
