FTG by far, especially with the blindness issue... not to mention the intense pain and chakra cost of using the ms. although you need to be very speedy and have fast reflexes to begin with to pull off using ftg well, its a more versatile and well rounded technique to me.

FTG coz MS just sucks....
ppl can go blind, sustain severe pain, can lose chakra and stamina in instance and much more while with FTG you can do anything...

but you'll still eventually go blind plus kakashi probably doesnt have to worry about going blind since hes not a full blood uchia so the effects of ms probably dont apply to him.
anyways with ftg your most likely be the fastest shinobi alive ,you can teleport anywhere if you have the seal on it, and it comes way more in handy.

No, you go blind as you use it. Doesn't matter how long for or the gap between uses, you slowly lose your sight.
