Minato has Uchiha blood and implanted Itachis MS. He never learned Senninmode and cant use FTG. He cant sense either and the toads have broken their contract with Minato. Minatos chakra is drained to 2.5

Itachi has no longer Uchiha blood and got his eyes stolen by Minato and needed to replace them with normal eyes. Then he made a contract with the toads and learned Senninmode from them and became a perfect Sage. Itachi is healthy and his Chakra is increased to 5. He learned from a scroll how to use the exact ftg of Minato.

OT: Itachi wins this one most likely mainly because Minato wouldn't be able to use Itachi's level Genjutsu even if he has MS.

Minato would win. They have full knowledge on vice-verse abilities since they got stolen from one another. Itachi may have FTG, but he doesn't possess the reflexive speed to use it as efficiently as Minato. In a close range battle then, Minato would still get the advantage. MS techniques don't require skills however, so combined with his natural speed, reflexes and MS techniques, Itachi is finished

Even a fodder can be a kage level with MS as it is too easy to control that power where as controlling FGT isn't that easy so Minato clearly wins this.

If Itachi has Minato level reflexes then Itachi wins this.
