Now unless youre saying he managed to mark madara, then its clear as day that hiraishingiri is simply teleporting to the area in the vicinity of his opponent to strike near immediately(with a bladed weapon in tobirama's case), which does not require said opponent to be marked.
I think it would be pretty stupid if they were to transport onto the mark itself. But they do teleport within it's location just as Minato did to the location of his Kunai or as he did behind Bee because his tail was behind him.
That the only requirement to get ftg blitzed is the victim being in the vicinity of a ftg seal. FTG blitz does not require the victim actually being marked.
As long as they're in line with it(the marked object), I see what your saying. Although that doesn't mean they'll get blitzed it allows for the possibility of getting blitzed.

both minato and tobirama have done so numerous times. FTg markers have an area of effect that they can teleport to, and on top of that they get to choose their orientation when teleporting.(e.x. minato being upside down when using ftg v2 on obito, or tobirama being upside down when used ftg on madara)

@ bold the list of ppl that can react to ftg effectively is extremely small. As it stands its only sage mode madara . Everyone else either has to compromise (bee since he couldn't stop himself from getting stabbed and only had mutual damage as an option), or to set stuff up in advance(obito activating chakra arms before tobirama teleports)

@bold:Imo they do that mid teleportation, I don't think Kishi drew the panels to save time.
as long as they are near, as explained above.

That's not entirely true, Bee was able to react to it and save Ay who was a considerable distance from him at the time. In theory SM reaction is based on sensory perception. Anybody who can sensory jutsu should theoretically be able to react to it.
teleportation is instant so no its not "mid teleportation"

if it was post teleportation than they'd change their orientation after teleporting. The orientation is already different. Minato went from a

Stop being nitpicky about this, if they couldn't control their orientation he'd still face the same and be in the same bodily position after teleporting. But hes not. Its just another level of control ftg affords its user.
Not just Bee's striking speed, perception speed, processing the events speed and ability to cover the gap.

There's no not picking what you're suggesting happened is what's confusing since instance doesn't allow room for change of motion. I said that Imo Kishi dropped panels, he considered us able to gauge what happened. They showed the missed out panels in the animated version.

nowhere do we see minato do a 1 handed handstand. He simply teleports to that position.Same goes for him teleporting behind the rock nin after marking him, as said before stop trying to nitpick it. Right now youre assuming what kishi is thinking just to be right.
True, however highlighting Bee's prowess was necessary.

Is there proof that Tobi did not mark him off-panel? I mean the Databook shows an image of Minato teleporting over to Obito as proof that he "evolved" the Hiraishin Tobi created.
