Sasuke use chidori to control and form Kirin and could still use it (a one shot jutsu) but needs time to make the preparation which would be hard or impossible against Minato since he can sense anyone by placing a finger on the ground.

Actually sasuke still can use Kirin without Sharingan, he uses chidori to control/form Kirin and what kakashi and Minato said was chidori is a jab attack that narrows the user vision because of the high speed needed for it and the Sharingan takes away the weakness of getting counter attacks. For Kirin sasuke uses chidori as a controller instead of an attack. As for Kirin needing Amaterasu, that's incorrect, Sasuke learned Kirin using his own fire jutsus so how else will he learn it if he couldn't prepare it using his own fire jutsus. Amaterasu was there because of Itachi not Sasuke. Of course I highly doubt Minato will let him prepare it.

These Minato vs X threads are quite stupid when we only know few jutsus from Minato. But Sasuke could not counter Minatos speed without sharingan.

People, Kirin and chidori can be used without sharingan, in fact sasuke used it w/o the sharingan during his fight with itachi and who says sasuke without a sharingan can take minato on in taijutsu? Sasuke fought kakashi and naruto in his blind state during the kage summit arc, so i don't see minato beating sasuke in taijutsu.

I only read the first page, BUT:
1. to master chidori Sasuke needs a sharingan. why? he can't see properly if he runs at high speed. (Kakashi chronicles)
2. for Kirin he has to see his opponent. without sharingan it's the same as the Sasuke vs Lee / Gaara vs Lee fights...
3. against Naruto at the end of part 1 he relied on the sharingan too much. to keep up with Naruto's speed. without it he couldn't predict his opponents moves. so if he can't predict his opponents moves, his taijutsu and kenjutsu is weakened.
4. Minato's base speed is still enough fast to give him the upper hand.
So in the end we have Minato with high speed, rasengan and seals. And Sasuke with an incomplete chidori, kirin, fire techs and kenjutsu. I doubt he could beat Minato.

1) sasuke has to prepare Kirin and is vulnerable during the process. Minato's base speed gave him the name yellow flash (FTG teleports so doesn't leave a trace) and was given praise to Minato base speed after saving baby Naruto.
2) Sasuke can use chidori in an attack as Minato said to Kakashi (creator) because the speed require for chidori leaves the user vision narrow and open to counter attacks but the Sharingan made up for its weakness. So Minato knows chidori weakness and will have a counter attack.
3) Minato was given the name "yellow flash" from his base speed. FTG teleports so doesn't leave a trace.
4) what? Minato is the best sealing user we've seen in the manga. Minato can take sasuke's summoning jutsu away with a seal, use space/time barrier to teleport attacks away (tailed beast bomb) and can do the same with Karin. I'll explain why below.
5) Sasuke sword was blocked by bee's sword and Minato uses his special kunias for his choice weapon and can use it effectively. Sasuke have to use lightning chakra on his sword to do anything. But we don't know Minato's element so it can be wind, lightning or fire that can go head to head against sasuke's sword.
6) God Seal is the strongest sealing jutsu we've seen and been showed by the 3rd hokage can be used with shadow clone to be used against more Han one enemy. Minato gots many more strong sealing jutsus he learn form Kushina who came from the Uzumaki clan that are known for their powerful sealing jutsus.
Minato has great analyzing skills that can tell the Strenght and weakness of a jutsu after seeing it once, make a plan with all the info he has gathered. Can sense others by placing a finger on the floor. Minato knew chidori weakness after seeing it once, Tobi s/t jutsu strength and how it works, that bee was a Jinchuuriki, made the rasengan after seeing the tailed beast bomb. As for blocking Kirin, with Minato analyzing skills he will know sasuke is creating a lightning attack that uses real lightning and have his kunia ready to teleport the attack at the right time. Yes Kirin is fast but the moment Sasuke makes chidori you know the attack is coming so can active the jutsu them. This is only if sasuke can successfully prepare Kirin.

Sasuke cant use chidori without sharingan is just pathetic. Sasuke went against Yamato, Sai And Naruto with his lighting techniques at their first meet in Shippuden!!
Also from a young age Sasuke was actually very fast, u all could see the manga or videos of young sasuke
And Sasuke also have other techniques except Fire ball and chidori!

Most of the time Blaze Release, you aren't too biased and are pretty fair, but your hatred of Minato is completely blinding you. There are no FTG tags on Naruto, and if Minato had teleported straight to him then he would have been standing in front of Tobi, not on the wall. FTG does not give you momentum, moving gives you momentum.
That was all Minato's base speed. It is pretty clear to everyone.
Just like in the Kakashi Gaiden when Minato saves Kakashi from dying the first time he uses chidori, his base speed is incredible, faster than basically everyone.

Sasuke has Never used Kirin without the use of "the" sharingan
Vs Itachi he used Itachi's amaterasu and His Own Fire jutsu with The curse seal level 2.
Yes because Naruto was serious?, Also Sasuke was not fighting with Taijutsu in his fight with kakashi, he just spammed susanoo.
Also he didn't go blind untill the End of the fight with kakashi.

first of all i think minato takes this one, second of all what is with all the people saying sasuke cant create a chidori without the sharingan? kakashi created the chidori and utilized it before he had the sharingan,
the only reason you need the sharingan to hit someone with a chidori is because when one does a chidori and rushes someone with it it creates a sort of tunnel vision for him and that allows the enemy to be able easily counter the attack, yet the sharingan negates this effect. so basically sasuke would be able to create a chidori yet he wouldnt be able to utilize effectively. for those who dint understand my explanation here is an explanation from naruto wikia:
