FTG and shadow clone jutsu

these 2 jutsu's have some similarities. both are summoning's, both are near instantaneous. a shadow clone user can place a shadow clone behind their enemy to strike them down. where Minato can summon himself behind his enemy and strike him down. both can be used the same way

unless there's something i dont understand about the shadow clone jutsu

1 person travels through space and time to a different location. Keeping all their chakra except for the chakra spent using the jutsu. Space Time.

1 Person splits himself in 2 to be in 2 places at once. Perfectly splitting their chakra. Simple CLone jutsu.
