After the Tartaros arc, the anime adapted the FT Zero spin-off then it went on a break. I believe it is rumored/stated to return for 2017. Reason for break is most likely because of the poor TV ratings.

From what I found, it ended at chapter 372 and started at chapter 373, are there more episodes that aren't Fairy Tail Zero before the anime cuts out?
