performing the handseals Ram ? Boar ? Dog ? Bird ? Hare hand seals then four pillars suddenly emerge from the ground surrounding you and binding you with lightning
(Raiton: Shichu Shibari) – Lightning Release: Four-Pillar Bind
then for the finishing blow, i slam my hands to the ground sending an electric current to you shocking you..

as soon as it starts to rain,i send my fuuton chakra into my right hand and in 3 successive motions release 3 crescent waves of wind at you.
i begin to run towards you immediately i do this holding a katana in my right hand
(in case you are able to complete your handseals before the wind gets to you i blow a strong sphere of wind from my mouth to knock the pillar closest to me down just as they are shooting up.)

i saw you send the 3 wind so i laughed and my lightning pillars still goes on as performed
--your 3 crescent of wind is short range so it difuses or hits the ground before it gets to me--
then seeing you coming at me with a katana i quickly send a powerful lightning bolt shaped like a dog to you at full speed controlling it with my will..and since you are coming to me at full speed this counter will fataly damage you and it is difficult to evade since i control its movement with my will and i can see your movement with my sharingan..
