It was a great manga. I was particularly fond of the relationship between Akito and Shigure. I wanted to see more of them. The ending was really sweet. I also liked how Tohru and Kyo made an appearance on another of the mangaka's manga.

both, but i remember the anime more.. i know in canon manga young shigure really care for akito and ??? then had *** with somebody and ??? betray her trust and ??? wanted to use tohru to break the curse. this is the part i'm most confused about, how can tohru help?

Shigure was kind of shady from the start was the reason I asked but depending on which version you see you may not be sure how so. Lol

I remember Fruits Basket. EVEN THOUGH IT'S A SHOJO.... (ashamed of myself for watching shojo) but that was like my third anime... eep the good old days... IT WAS THREE YEARS AGO I WATCHED IT!
